Wedding Guests: Save the date!
Especially with acquaintances or work colleagues who have already agreed to your wedding, medium-term postponements or appointment collisions are easier due to which the participation in your party becomes unsafe.
In order to be able to finalize plans for the church, registry office and above all of course your wedding table without gaps, it is advisable to send save-the-date cards around four weeks before the final date and to ask the guests again for confirmation.

… but once that you yourself know how big your wedding party will actually be on day X. When you write your invitations, think of the save-the-date cards that should be forwarded as a reminder. In this case, the order quantity can be a bit small, because hopefully you shouldn’t have to notify your own parents, siblings, witnesses and friends involved in the preparations anyway in writing.
